The Mandate of the committee is:

• To provide support and facilitate communication between staff and the congregation and amongst each other
• To review annually salaries, allowances, benefits and working conditions for all staff members and to recommend changes to the Executive Board of the Church for the next year.
• To consult with staff members with regard to their continuing education/skills upgrades and to encourage their participation in programmes.
• To conduct reviews of all church staff within the ministry of the Trinity Church pastoral charge
• To review and update annually job descriptions of all staff
• To ensure that all staff have complied with privacy policies
